The Liquidator seeks permission to invite claims of workers and creditors by publishing appropriate notices and for appointment of Chartered Accountant to adjudicate these claims and for permission to pay the fees of the Chartered Accountant. Considering that this preliminary steps to be taken, I find no impediment in allowing this application.

2. Accordingly, I pass the following order;
