Heard learned counsel for Petitioner as also learned counsel for Respondent nos.5 and 6. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by learned counsel for Petitioner is to direct Respondent no.1 (CEO of MHADA) to decide Petitioner's pending appeal (Exhibit-J to the petition) filed on 25th October 2013 challenging the order dated 29th October 2012 (Exhibit-I to the petition) as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting on the merits of the matter, we dispose of the petition by directing Respondent no.1 CEO of MHADA to decide Petitioner's appeal (Exhibit-J) as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Petitioner is directed to supply a copy of this order along with his appeal (Exhibit-J) before Respondent no.1. 3.
