These applications have been taken out to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the present notices of motion and to extend time of four weeks granted by this Court in its order dated 21st June, 2018 to remove the office objections. The order dated 21st June, 2018 was selfoperative order and it provided in case the office objections are not removed within four weeks from 21st June, 2018, the appeal/s shall stands dismissed without further reference to the Court. 2.

Having perused the affidavit in support of the notices of motion and having heard Mr. Suresh Kumar, who has made out a case in the peculiar facts, for extending the time to remove the office objections as provided in the order dated 21st June, 2018, we extend the time to remove the office objections upto 1st February, 2019. 3.

Notices of Motion are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b1).
