The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of submitting representation before Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to remove the illegal construction activities by Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 in the open space surrounding the temple at Markandeshwar Nagar, the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have not taken any steps/action in regard to the said unauthorized and illegal construction. 3.

Having perused the Petition and the annexures, we are inclined to dispose of the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file Vishal Parekar 1/2

37-wp-364-2015 a fresh and detail representation with supporting documents before Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. On receipt of the said representation, the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to look into the Petitioner's grievance and take appropriate action on it, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
