The Indian Adoption Petition proposes the adoption of a female minor, Saraswati. She was born on 4th May 2018. The biological mother surrendered her child before the Child Welfare Committee Mumbai City-II on 23th May 2018 and the safe custody was given to the Petitioner institution I.A.P.A. Mumbai on the same date.

The Child Welfare Committee after following necessary procedures, declared the child legally free for adoption. The preadoption foster care undertaking and the declaration of willingness by the adoptive parents are on record.

The proposed adoptive parents are Indian Nationals and are residing at Waked, Pune. They are 32 and 33 years old. They have been married for 8 years. They have no biological children. 4.
The medical reports of the minor are on record. The report states that the minor is mentally and physically fit. The adoptive parents have countersigned these reports. The medical report of the adoptive parents do not show any abnormalities or any adverse condition. The HIV reports for all are negative. 5.
The adoptive father is a Senior Executive with Alfa Laval India Private Limited, Pune. His monthly gross salary is Rs. 71,875/. The adoptive mother is a Process Associate with Steria (India) Limited, Pune. Her monthly gross salary is 20,061/-. 6.
The home study report is positive and recommends the adoption. It shows that the couple have a strong and stable marital life. The child care plan letter is on record. 7.
The child security undertaking by the brother, one Naresh Ravindra Khedekar and sister-in-law, one Rupali Naresh Khedekar of the adoptive father is on record. They reside at Girgaum, Mumbai
and agree and undertake to look after the minor in the event of any mishap.

The follow up report undertaking by the authorities of Dronagiri Shikshan Sanstha's Shishugreh, Satara is on record. 9.
The documents being in order, I will allow the Petition. The Judge's Order is separately signed.
10. I have seen the scrutiny report presented by Mr O Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the Indian Council of Social Welfare, which is on record.
11. The Registry will get the Petition with all its annexures and all orders, including the signed Judge's Order, scanned. These digital copies are to be preserved. A soft copy may be given to the Advocate for the Petitioner free of cost on a pen drive provided by the Advocate for the Petitioner for the same. The Registry will ensure that the scan of the Judge's Order is a properly calibrated colour scan.
12. Authenticated or certified copies of this order and the entire Petition may be given to the minor on his application after she attains the age of 18.
