P.C.: The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of the captioned Petition, which is rejected by Order dated 10.10.2017 for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.

Perused Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order filed by the Applicants. According to the Applicants, as per Order dated 10.10.2017 time was granted for removing office objections till 31.10.2017, however, Order dated 10.10.2017 was uploaded on 16.11.2017. Applicants were not aware in respect of removal of office objections and therefore, they could not remove office objections. Ld. Counsel for Applicants submits that now he is ready to remove office objections and prayed for restoration of captioned Petition.

The Ld. Counsel for the Applicants filed Affidavit of Service, which is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared for the Respondents.

Reasons appeared to be sufficient. Hence, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. Costs cost in cause.

Petitioner and/or his Counsel to remove office objections on the Petition and to get the same numbered and/or registered on or before 30.01.2018, failing Petition to stand rejected under 986 of O.S. Rules for non-removal of office objections.
