Affidavit in support discloses that the Applicant has preferred an Appeal under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. The grievance appears to be that the prayer for ad-interim relief is not being considered by the Appellate Authority. If that be so, the Applicant will have to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. To enable the Applicant to do so, protection granted to the Petitioner under order dated 7 th September, 2015 is extended for a period of three weeks from today. Notice of Motion is disposed of.
