This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenges a Notice dated 31st March, 2017 issued under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (the Act) seeking to reopen the assessment for Assessment Year 2010-11.

Mr. Jain, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to urge the issue of the validity of the reopening notice before the Authorities under the Act. Liberty granted.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
