By this chamber summons, the applicant seeks amendment to the petition as well as the grant of succession certificate issued by this Court. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the affidavit support of the chamber summons. The applicant seeks to correct the distinctive numbers and the share certificate numbers of the shares at serial nos.2 and 4 of the schedule appended to the Petition No.2295 of 2017 for the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons.

For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, the chamber summons is made absolute in 1/2

906-cst22-19.doc terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Upon the petitioner carrying out amendment to the petition, the office is also directed to carry out the amendment in the succession certificate issued by this Court on 8th February, 2018 expeditiously.

The applicant is directed to produce the original succession certificate before the office of Prothonotary & Senior Master for compliance.

The chamber summons is allowed in aforesaid terms. 5.
