Hence, by consent, following order is passed: a) Respondent is directed to number the Appeal dated 17.11.2011 Exhibit-L at page 179 preferred Mohite 1/2

15 wpl3161-16 by petitioner before the Collector, Mumbai within one week from today.

b) Respondent to dispose of the said Appeal on its own merits as early as possible by giving hearing to the petitioner within 6 months.
