Shri Velar for the petitioner has not complied with the directions as contained in paragraph 3 of the order dated 22nd March 2017 and, therefore, the petition stands dismissed.

The registry shall not accept any petition filed any of the four parties mentioned in this petition unless leave of the Court is obtained and that also after report from Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) and Income Tax Authority is received.

Notwithstanding dismissal of this petition, UIDAI and Income Tax Authority shall continue to investigate and file a report as mentioned in the order dated 22nd March 2017. A copy of this order also to be sent to UIDAI and Income Tax Authority.

Stand over to 14th June 2017 for considering the reports of UIDAI and the Commissioner of Income Tax.
