The Respondent is present in Court. Mr Ravi Gadagkar on behalf of Respondent makes a statement on instructions that after the Award dated 18th October 2019 the Respondent has made no changes to the disputed premises in question. These are known as the Summer Land Guest House, 2nd floor and part of the third floor and the terrace of Narayan Building, Plot No. 23, Opposite Dadar Railway Station, Dadar (E) Mumbai 400 014. He further states that he will not make any such changes in future without prior leave of the Court and subject to the outcome of 34 Petition that is separately filed. His statement is noted and accepted as an undertaking of this Court.
