ORDER

(i) Parties agree that the underlying dispute in this petition be referred to a sole arbitrator for arbitration ; (ii) Mr.Rohaan J.Cama an advocate practicing in this court is appointed as sole arbitrator to decide on all disputes arising out of or in connection with or relating to the dispute which is the subject matter of this petition including counter claim if any ;

(iii) The fees and administrative expenses together with KJ

2/2 CP1266.15-6 typing charges and venue charges if any, to be shared equally between the parties and the same will be cost in the arbitral proceedings ;

(iv) Within two weeks from receiving communication from the advocate for petitioner or advocate for respondent, arbitrator to give disclosure in writing directly to the parties as required under Section 11(8) read with 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 ;

(v) All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open except to raise any objection for appointment of arbitrator ;

(vi) Petition accordingly stands disposed.
