The prayer made in Chamber Summons for impleadment of the applicant as party respondent in the Writ Petition has not been opposed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner as according to him parallel proceedings are pending before the Small Causes Court, Mumbai.

In view of aforesaid, Chamber Summons is allowed. The applicant of the Chamber Summons be impleaded as respondent No.9 in the Writ Petition. Consequential amendment be carried out within one week.
