Mr.Bharti, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 in this company application states that the applicant shall file an affidavit in this Court to the effect that the applicant has complied with 1/2
19-ca608-18.doc the order dated 26th April, 2018 passed by this Court in Company Application (Lodging) No.86 of 2018 and has released the payment to various parties pursuant to the said order dated 26th April, 2018 while withdrawing the amount deposited by the respondent no.2. Learned counsel undertakes that her client shall file such affidavit within two weeks from today and shall serve a copy thereof upon the learned counsel for the respondent no.2. The respondent no.2 is directed to file affidavit within two weeks from today which shall indicate whether any further amount is payable by the respondent no.2 to the company in liquidation arising out of the project in hand and whether any amount is disbursed by the respondent no.2 insofar as the company in liquidation. If the respondent no.2 has to recover any amount from the company in liquidation, such also can be indicated in such affidavit proposed to be filed. 4.
The company application is disposed of on aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
