DATED : 7th DECEMBER, 2017 P.C. :
1.
We do not think we should entertain this petition at the stage where the matter stands as between the respondents and those evincing interest.
2.
The preliminary stages have been undertaken. It is only inviting Expression of Interest for Strategic Disinvestment of Pawan Hans Limited. Presently, we do not think that the petitioner can entertain any
2/2 905-WPL.3404.2017.doc apprehension much less of their legal rights being in jeopardy by the steps taken in relation to Disinvestment of Pawan Hans Limited. As and when any of these preliminary steps result or fructify into a binding arrangement and if in that binding arrangement the petitioner's rights are not taken care of or are rather adversely affected, the petitioner has all legal remedies open to them. We do not think at this stage we should interfere, particularly in our writ jurisdiction.
3.
All the more with the above clarification, this petition need not be entertained and it is accordingly disposed of. (SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.) (S.C.DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
