Mr.A.V.Anturkar, Senior Counsel a/w Mr.Altaf Kabra for the review Petitioner Mr.R.K.Mendadkar for the writ petitioners Mr.Milind More, Addl.G.P. for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

CORAM : A.S.OKA, & REVATI MOHITE DERE,JJ.

DATE : NOVEMBER 27, 2015 P.C.:

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. The review petitioner is the respondent No.4 in the writ petition. Review is sought of the Judgment and order dated 28th August 2015 delivered in Writ Petition No.398 of 2013. A Special Leave Petition filed by the review petitioner before the Apex Court against the said Judgment and order has been dismissed by the order dated 9th October 2015. The order of the Apex Court shows that a permission was granted by the Apex Court to the review petitioner to file additional documents.

The grounds which are tried to be urged by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner were

rpwl52 available to the petitioner even before the Apex Court. There is no liberty granted by the Apex Court to urge the said contentions by way of a Review Petition.

Hence, there is no error apparent on the face of the record. Even otherwise, there is no ground for review. Review petition is rejected.
