The learned Advocate for the Appellant has informed the Court that apart from the fact that the Company - Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd., is already directed to be wound up, the Company Appeal No.31 of 2014 in which the above Company Application is taken out, is already disposed of by an order of this Court (Coram : G.S.Patel, J.) dated 11-04-2014 and therefore, the above Company Application has become infructous.
