After the appeal was heard for some time, Mr. Inamdar on instructions sought leave of the court to withdraw the appeal. 2.

The statement of Mr. Inamdar and Ms. Tatake that their respective clients will co-operate in expeditious disposal of the suit filed by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is accepted. The Trial Court to dispose the suit as expeditiously as possible.
