It has not been disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that copy of the order dated 26th October, 2017 has been supplied by respondent No.3 to the petitioners. In the circumstances, nothing survives in this Petition. Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the said order dated 26th October, 2017 by way of appropriate proceedings. Interim order passed on 8th December, 2017 is extended for a period of three weeks enabling the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy.
