Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the applications have been made before the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority ('MHADA', for short) with regard to the allotment. The documents are also submitted. It is further submitted that the applications are given on February 2012 and also on 30/11/2018. It is also submitted that lastly, the applications are given for allotment in the Master List in 2019.

Learned counsel appearing for MHADA submits that applications fled by the petitioner for allotment in Master Lists in the year 2019 shall be decided by the authorities
