This was a money Suit. The claim was Rs. 1,21,58,075/-. The Court Receiver was appointed on 21st November 1997 in respect of 11,00,000 equity shares of the Plaintiff. The Court Receiver's Report sets out several subsequent events. It is sufficient to note that the Suit was decreed on 31st August 2009 but without any order of discharge of the Receiver. The Court Receiver on 9th December 2014 asked the parties for an updated status. This met with no response. A reminder on 26th June 2015 met with the same non-result.

The Court Receiver seeks a discharge. He also seeks that the costs of the report be drawn from the funds in the Court Receiver's hands.

The Court Receiver is to stand discharged without passing accounts.

The Court Receiver's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c).
