1] The Writ Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.09.2019 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench in CP 4108 (IB)/MB/2018.

2] The said order as challenged before us would be a case of challenge to an order pertaining to an error within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal and not error outside the jurisdiction of the Tribunal. The Writ Petitioner has a remedy before NCLAT. 3] The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
