Mr. Talsania confirms that the electricity supply has been restored. To avoid all ambiguity, the meter and bill will be in the name of the 2nd Defendant, Mr Chandrakant Lal Mirchandani. The Defendants agree and undertake to pay all electricity bills in full before their due dates and to abide by the terms and conditions for such supply. In default, the BEST will be entitled to take steps as it 20th January 2017

The Defendants will execute all necessary documents for the installation of the meter in the name of the 2nd Defendant. 3.

All rights and contentions of all the parties are expressly kept open to the final hearing of the Suit.

The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
