I have considered the official liquidator's report and also the affidavit in reply filed by Shri Y.P.Singh, Advocate. Having considered both and having heard Shri Y.P.Singh, in my view, the charges as claimed by the advocate should be paid.

The official liquidator states that in paragraph 22(a) of the report, it is stated that a sum of Rs.1,13,300/- has been paid to Shri Y.P.Singh but it is an incorrect statement. The official liquidator states that the amount has not been paid.

19.olr.563.15.doc In the circumstances, the total amount payable to Shri Y.P.Singh, Advocate is Rs.3,67,300/-. The amount to be paid out of the head "office expenses" having maintained by the official liquidator. Shri Y.P. Singh states that he has expressed his inability to the official liquidator to continue to act for the official liquidator in the matter. In view thereof, the official liquidator states that he has engaged services of Shri Kunal Sharma, Advocate.

The amount to be paid to Shri Singh upon Shri Singh handing over all the papers of whatever matters pending to Shri Kunal Sharma, Advocate. The amount to be paid within two weeks of the official liquidator being satisfied that all the papers have been handed over. In view thereof, the official liquidator's report stands disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
