Perused the Chamber Order. The order dated 22-04-2014 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master rejecting the Suit under Rule 986 of the High Court Original Sides Rules on the ground of non-removal of office objections is set aside and the Suit is restored to file. The Plaintiff is directed to remove office objections, if any, within a period of one week from today, failing which the Suit shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
