The impugned structures were demolished by the Corporation after following due process of law. However, it appears that the front wall of one of the structures is reconstructed. The 1 / 2 February 24, 2020

12-WP-314-20.doc learned Advocate appearing for the Corporation states that they will be issuing a notice and demolishing the same at the earliest. The statement is accepted.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. However, place the same to report compliance on 9th March 2020.

If Corporation finds that any unauthorised structure is constructed/put up for the first time on the plot owned by the Petitioner, the Corporation shall take action against the same after following due process of law.
