This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Mr Naushad Engineer was appointed as an Arbitrator on 4th May 2017. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration on 16th June 2017. The matter has progressed to the stage of evidence. Several witnesses have been cross-examined. It is only the evidence of the Respondent in arbitration that is yet to be concluded, after which the final hearing will be taken up. 2.

Time is extended till 3rd July 2020.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
