Therefore, the written instructions received by the Petitioner's Counsel to that effect enable him to seek leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. In the light of this communication from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority, we are of the opinion that the leave to withdraw this Writ Petition can be granted. It is accordingly granted.
