Perused the Affidavit-in-Reply of Shri. Pankaj Kumar Jadhav filed on behalf of Mumbai Municipal Corporation and in particular clauses (d) and (e) of paragraph 4 thereof. It is recorded therein that the Mumbai Municipal Corporation has offered a commercial Gala to the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that Petitioner wants allotment of a Gala on ownership basis in the close vicinity of the original premises.

The prayers in the petition have been worked out in view of statements in the reply. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition.

73 wp 144-17=.doc accommodation and that also on ownership basis, the Petitioner is free to make a representation to the Municipal Corporation. If such a representation is made, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of one month.
