The Motion seeks an annulment of the order of Insolvency dated 26th November 2007. The private examination of the Insolvents was completed. There is no dispute that the claim of the Petitioning Creditor has been satisfied in full. There are no other claims disclosed and none have come forward.

Accordingly the Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Any excess amounts in the hands of the Official Assignee will be returned after deducting the Official Assignee's commission costs, charges and expenses.
