The Official Liquidator states that Company Petition No. 154 of 2015 in which the OLR is taken out has been dismissed for want of prosecution. The Official Liquidator states that the Official Liquidator was appointed as provisional liquidator at the admission stage. The Official Liquidator has also taken symbolic possession.

The Official Liquidator further submits that in another Company Petition No. 696 of 2016 by an order dated 28.07.2018, the Company Laxmi Power Cables Pvt. Ltd. has been ordered to be wound up. The Official Liquidator states Sneha Chavan 1/2

4 olr 614-15=.doc that he will withdraw OLR No. 614 of 2015 as Company Petition no. 154 of 2015 has been dismissed and he will take steps as Liquidator of the Company in view of the winding up order passed in Company Petitioner 696 of 2016. The Liquidator, as the company is ordered to be wound up will continue to be in symbolic possession of the assets of the company and shall take steps to take physical possession of the company's assets. Ms. Devika Nadar appearing for Ex-Director of the Company states that Registered office of the Company is actually the personal property of the ExDirector. Ms. Nadar states that Ex-Director will file appropriate application to prove the same.

OLR accordingly disposed.
