I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the company application and also heard the learned Company Prosecutor. I am satisfied that the delay in filing the claim is satisfactorily explained and is accordingly condoned.

The company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Insofar as prayer clause (b) is concerned, learned counsel for the applicant states that payment to the secured creditor 1/2

30-ca1063-15 can be made in accordance with law after such adjudication of claim. The statement is accepted. Prayer clause (b) is accordingly not granted at this stage.

The company application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
