1.
This Notice of Motion has been filed seeking an expeditious hearing of Notice of Motion No. 641 of 2013 and Notice of Motion No. 997 of 2013 and in the alternative, an expeditious hearing of the above Suit.
2.
As far as the expeditious hearing of Notice of Motion No. 641 of 2013 and Notice of Motion No. 997 of 2019 is concerned, the prayers would not survive as the aforesaid Notices of Motion have already been disposed of by this Court. Notice of Motion no. 641 of 2013 was disposed of on 7th September, 2017 and Notice of Motion No. 997 of 2013 was disposed of by order dated 14th August, 2019. Hence, this prayer would not survive.

As far as the expeditious hearing of the suit is concerned, I do not think that there is any case made out by the Plaintiffs for expeditious hearing. Hence, there is no question of grant of such relief.
4.
Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of.
5.
No order as to costs.
