The appellant has filed this appeal against the order of the learned Single Judge not granting ad-interim relief. The learned Single Judge, however, accepted the statement made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants. In our view, therefore, appeal against this order need not be entertained since we are inclined to direct the learned Single Judge to decide the motion expeditiously and preferably within a period of 12 weeks.
