Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tenders affidavit of service dated 15th April, 2015 and submits that the respondent has been served. Affidavit of service is taken on record.

None appeared for the respondent though served. By this chamber summons, the petitioner seeks condonation of delay of 29 days in filing arbitration petition. It is stated in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons that the award dated 20th May 2014 was posted by Bharat Merchants' Chamber on 23rd May, 2015 and was received by the petitioner on 26th May, 2014. The petitioner has given various reasons for not filing this petition within time. No affidavit in reply is filed. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, delay of 29 days in filing this petition is condoned. Chamber summons

Petitioner is directed to remove all office objections within two weeks from today and get the petition numbered failing which the petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court. Place the arbitration petition on board for admission on 9th June, 2015.
