Learned counsel for the revenue places on record an affidavit dated 19th December, 2018 filed by one Ms.Amuldeep Kaur, Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax-10(1)(1), Mumbai. On the basis of such affidavit counsel submitted that, contrary to what is stated in the tax appeal, the tax effect involved in the present appeal is below Rs.50 lakhs. In that view of the matter, counsel seeks permission to withdraw the appeal on the basis of CBDT Circular No.3 of 2018 dated 11th July, 2018. Permission granted. Tax Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
