When the matter was called out, someone claiming to be from the administration department of appellant appeared and wanted to tender a letter seeking some two months time. Court informed the said person that they are not inclined to take the letter on record and atleast the Director of the company, if not advocate, should come to the court and step into the witness box and make a statement. We stood over the matter and directed the said person to ask the Director to remain present at 4.30 p.m. At 4.30 p.m., when the matter was again called out nobody appeared for appellants. All appeals dismissed.
Consequently, interim applications, if any pending, also stand disposed.
Chamber orders also stands disposed.
