The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that against the notice issued under Section 351 of the Mumbai Municipal corporations Act, 1888 the Petitioner filed reply / representation to the Corporation which has not been decided so far.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that by 9th December, 2016 (Friday) the decision will be taken and communicated to the Petitioner.

WPL.3192/2016(916) The status-quo already granted be maintained till the decision is communicated to the Petitioner. In case the decision is adverse to the petitioner, the same shall not take place for a period of 8 days from the date of receipt of the decision.

The Petition is disposed accordingly.
