It has been served upon the Assistant General Manager of Jankalyan Sahakari Bank Ltd., on 30th September, 2011 through the Bailiff of this Court. It is received by Jankalyan Sahakari Bank Ltd., without prejudice. There is no affidavit in reply filed by the Garnishee. The notice is made absolute as prayed.

The amount payable to the opponents / respondents/ award debtors lying in the hands of the garnishee shall be paid to the applicant / award creditor bank.
