In view of the Judgment of this Court (Coram: N.M.Jamdar, J.) dated 10 April 2014 in Writ Petition No.2243 of 2014, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a suit. 2.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.

Ad-interim protection granted by this Court shall continue for a period of three weeks from today to enable the Petitioner to apply for appropriate reliefs in the suit.
