When this matter was called out on 13/08/2019 none had appeared on behalf of the Plaintiffs. It is in these circumstances that the matter was stood over to today for dismissal. It appears that even earlier Notice of Motion No. 255 of 2013 was dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution as none had appeared on behalf of the Plaintiffs.

It appears that the Plaintiffs are not interested in prosecuting the above suit. In these circumstances, the suit is dismissed for want of prosecution.
