Accepted. Since the other legal heirs have granted consent, I will dispense with the issuance of a proclamation. The Petition is made returnable forthwith and taken up for hearing and final disposal.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Bimladevi Shyam Sunder, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where she was ordinarily resident, on 27th April 2016. A copy of her death certificate is annexed.

The deceased's husband and parents died before she did. The deceased was survived by her two sons and married daughter. Their 2nd February 2018

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for the purposes of filing income tax returns.

The Petitioner is the son of the deceased. All the other heirs have granted consent. No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Pawan Kumar Shyam Sunder Jalan, Madhuri Ashok Rungta and Aditya Kumar Shyam Sunder Jalan.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 8.
