The Official Assignee states that subsequent to the order dated 1st December, 2015, the insolvent has complied with the requisition. Mr. Bagwe on instructions from the insolvent, who is present in Court, undertakes on behalf of the insolvent that the insolvent shall remain present before the Official Assignee for private examination on the date and time fixed by the Official Assignee.
