The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The parties had a development agreement dated 20th December 2013 and a supplemental agreement dated 28th March 2017. By an order dated 12th April 2018, the parties were referred to the sole arbitration of Mr Akash P Rebello, learned Advocate of this Court. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration on 18th April 2018. Before him the matter has proceeded. The cross-examination of the second Respondent's first witness is pending. The claimant's evidence is closed. This will undoubtedly be followed by final arguments. Having regard to these circumstances and since there is no opposition, I will extend time until 30th June 2020.
