The Chamber Summons is taken out by Plaintiff No.1 for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Plaintiff No.2 on record. There is a delay of 27 days in taking out the present Chamber Summons.

Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the delay is condoned and the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Place the suit after two weeks.
