For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support in this uncontested Petition, a matter that was dismissed for nonprosecution for office objections, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Petition is restored to file. All objections remaining, if any, to be removed in two weeks, failing which the Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and will not be restored thereafter under any circumstances.
