An application is made for "Speaking to the Minutes" of the orders dated 23rd December, 2014 and 16th January, 2015. It is submitted by the said orders all intervenors, who had filed chamber summons, were directed to be added as party Respondent. Thereafter the matters were adjourned to 16th January, 2015. Since amendment could not be carried out, further extension of two weeks was granted to carry out the amendment. It is submitted that since formal order in the chamber summons was not passed, office has taken objection. We, therefore, clarify that by order dated 23rd December, 2014 both the chamber summons viz. Chamber Summons Nos. 7/2014 and 8/2014 taken out in the respective petitions are allowed and and accordingly disposed of.

Time to carry out amendment is further extended by two weeks after this order is uploaded.
