Heard the counsel for applicant and also considered the affidavit in support. There is no affidavit in reply opposing the application. Moreover, in view of the averments in the affidavit in support, in my view, no prejudice will be caused to the creditors if the prayers as sought in the application are granted. At the same time, applicant shall keep the official liquidator informed at least one week in advance of every date of hearing before the Income Tax Authority or Sales Tax Authority or any other related Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
