The Judge's Order seeks opening of a bank locker held by the deceased, whose will is sought to be probated in the present Testamentary Petition. The Petitioner requires opening of the locker for making an inventory of the contents and thereafter redepositing the contents in the locker with the key kept with the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master. The application is allowed. A separate Judge's Order is signed to that effect.
